welcome to our beautiful house!

our hostel rooms and the rest of the house are all individually and lovingly furnished. it is therefore very important to us that you, our guests, treat this house and everything that is part of it with a lot of respect.

should you violate these house rules despite our request, we will draw consequences from your behavior. you can read the individual consequences here.

it should also be said that ignorance of these rules does not protect you from the consequences. with the confirmation/payment of your booking you accept these house rules.

1. it is very important to us that our guests can feel comfortable and safe here. therefore, attentive, respectful behavior is required. people who behave abusively or otherwise violate the boundaries of others will be expelled from the house and will be banned from the house. alcohol or other conditions are no excuse.

2. should any mishaps happen to you during your stay, furniture or other things break, please just let us know – it can always happen. if you simply ignore this and leave without telling us, we will charge you for the repair or maintenance costs, depending on the damage.

3. smoking is strictly forbidden in our entire house – not only because of fire safety, but also because we don’t like the smell of smoke in the house and we want to be considerate of non-smokers. you can smoke on our terrace or in the street in front. you will also find ashtrays there. if you disregard this rule, we will charge you an additional cleaning fee of 100,00€.
